SHIPPING POLICY
Once the order has been placed, we will carefully package the item and send it within 1 - 3 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
All items are shipped by Canada post. Please include the apartment and buzz number as this will help the item reach the destination.

After you have placed an order, you will receive a confirmation email. At this stage please allow time for order processing. Once it has been sent, you will receive a shipment confirmation email (1-3 business days).
The shipping confirmation will contain your order tracking number.
Shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Typically items are delivered 5-9 days within Canada.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All items are final sale, we can replace items that have been received damaged or refund the item.
Please contact us in regards to damaged items within 2 days of receiving them.
In the situation of receiving a damaged item, please keep the original package, with all the packing materials and damaged pieces. We will need this in order to report to the shipping and transportation company, for insurance.

SHOPPING INFO
Every item/piece is entirely handmade. They are all one of a kind and unique. Items may have pinholes or crazing.
We do not consider these as defects. They may look quiet beautiful on the item.

We provide photos from various angles that show the items in the shop. However, please expect that different lighting environments, as well as monitors, smart phone and other device screens may show a difference in color and tone.
We provide approximate measurements to help you understand the size and scale of the product. Please take these approximate measurements into consideration, to aid you in making the right choice that suite your needs.
